ANR Kids World provides educational videos and printable worksheets at anrkidsworld.com. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the website and how you can contact us about it.

Information you provide

If you use our contact form, you provide your name, email address, subject, and message. We use this information to read and respond to your request. The form sends these details to a Google Apps Script service used for our contact submissions, where they may be stored in Google Sheets. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or a child's personal details in your message.

Website analytics and browser storage

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions with the website, such as page views and clicks. Google Analytics may use cookies and collect information such as browser and device details, approximate location, and usage data. We also use browser local storage for the site's language setting and to cache public YouTube video information so pages can load more efficiently.

Optional YouTube subscription check

When you select a worksheet download, you may be asked to authorize access to your YouTube account. If you choose to authorize, Google provides a short-lived access token to your browser. The website uses the youtube.readonly permission to ask the YouTube Data API whether your account subscribes to the ANR Kids World channel. The result is used to tailor the download experience.

The access token and subscription result are kept in the current page's memory and are not saved to our website's local storage or sent to our own server. The token expires, and the page forgets it when you leave or refresh. You can decline or close the Google authorization window and still download the worksheet. You can also remove the website's access from your Google Account permissions.

YouTube and other external services

Some pages embed YouTube videos or link to YouTube and other social platforms. Viewing an embedded video or opening an external link may allow that service to process information under its own privacy policy. We do not control those external services.

How information is used and shared

We use contact details to respond to messages, analytics to understand and improve the website, and the optional YouTube check only for the worksheet download experience. Information is processed by the services described above as needed for those purposes. We do not sell contact-form information or YouTube subscription-check data.

Children's privacy

Our learning materials are for children, but contact forms and Google authorization should be used by a parent, guardian, teacher, or other adult. We do not ask children to submit personal information through the site. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review the request.

Retention and your choices

Contact messages may be retained for as long as needed to handle the request and maintain records. Google Analytics data is retained according to our Analytics settings and Google's policies. You may request access to or deletion of information you sent through the contact form by contacting us. Include enough detail for us to identify your message; we may need to verify that the request comes from the person concerned.
